Spreading the Faith

At Immaculate Heart of Mary, some of our most cherished resources are the catechists and aids in our Faith Formation Program. These devoted Catholics spend their extra time and talent teaching the children of our community about our Catholic faith, giving them a strong foundation of knowledge which they will carry with them their whole lives. These individuals work very hard, as volunteers, all year to help the children of IHM learn about their Church, and to keep the children safe. All of our Catechists and aids have to pass a background check, attend a child’s safety environment class and agree to both IHM’s and the Archdiocese of Denver’s Code of Conduct. These teachers are some of the most dedicated individuals in our community and do a very difficult job. We urge you to please thank the those Catechists and aids that help teach our children and every possible opportunity.
