Rite of Christian Initiation of Children
Immaculate Heart of Mary’s RCIC program is for those children in grades 2-5 who need their sacrament of Baptism. Whether you are joining our community from another faith, or welcoming a new member to your family, our RCIC program is great for those children who need to get caught up on their Catholic knowledge. Children attend one class a week while parents attend Our Catholic Journey or our RCIA program, and are welcomed to the Catholic community at dawn at our Easter Vigil. Children in RCIC will receive their Baptism (which also counts as their First Reconciliation) and their First Holy Communion on Easter.
