Reaching the People
Our Communications Ministry at Immaculate Heart of Mary works hand-in-hand with all our other ministries to ensure that correct information gets disseminated to our parishioners quickly and efficiently. With over 5,500 families in our parish, making sure that everyone has as much information about our activities is a large and important task. The Communications Ministry is in charge of:
The Weekly Bulletin
Putting together and keeping current all the information that goes into our Sunday Bulletin.
Video Announcements
Making sure the weekly video announcements get made and turned in on time, and have all the correct information. Also is in charge of drafting the various image slides used in the announcements.
Website
Ensuring all the information on the website is accurate and up-to-date, and that the website is used as an integral tool in communicating with the people of Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Brochures
Creating, standardizing and printing all the various brochures for each of our Ministries.
Signage
Creating and posting the various signs, boards and banners that appear throughout Immaculate Heart of Mary.
Needless to say, this is a big job which includes lots of information. While we do our best, please realize that we are human and from time to time a mistake may appear. Please be kind enough to bring it to our attention in a courteous and constructive manner, and we will do our best to correct it.
