Our Lady of Sorrows Adoration Chapel
We are blessed to have 24-hour perpetual adoration available at Immaculate Heart of Mary in our Adoration Chapel, Our Lady of Sorrows. During regular business hours, the chapel is always open. If you'd like to learn how to adore at different hours, or to become a committed adorer, please contact us.
Perpetual Adoration is a Eucharistic devotion whereby members of the parish unite in taking hours of adoration before the Most Blessed Sacrament 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The Most Blessed Sacrament is exposed in a special holder called a monstrance, which comes from the Latin word, monstrare, meaning "to show". Persons who dedicate at least one hour a week are called committed adorers and they form the backbone of perpetual adoration.

Current Adoration Needs
It's important that someone is in our adoration chapel at all times (24-hours a day), so to help accomplish that, we have people sign up as committed adorers. A committed adorer is someone who has a regularly scheduled adoration time every week, and it can be at any time of the time. Work nights? Days? Can't sleep? We have times available 24 hours a day. This page will list the time slots that we need filled.
If you can only adore one or two times a month at a particular time and day, you may sign up for that.
If you have any Questions and/or wish to volunteer for an hour, please call or email:
